Heather Gamm reported that coordination with the County Engineer is ongoing for the Clermont Trail expansion and that multiple grant applications are planned to support the work. Jenna Van Meeteren reported that two of the four required easements for the Pony Hollow Trail expansion have been recorded and that staff are aiming for an April 21 letting date for the project procurement and construction contract.
On Motor Mill stabilization, Van Meeteren said engineers are reviewing proposals to determine whether to proceed with a formal request for proposals or pursue alternative stabilization plans; no final procurement decision was announced. The Motor Mill Foundation will be involved in coordination according to the update.
Board members did not record formal votes on these project updates at the meeting; the updates were informational and surfaced next steps (grant applications, easement recording, engineering review) for future action.
