Residents raise Hartman Farm concepts and snow-plowing concerns at Bern supervisors meeting

During the public-comment portion of the Feb. 2 meeting, residents raised two local concerns that supervisors said would be addressed in future meetings.
Jim Depetris spoke about concepts for the Hartman Farm Project and asked to discuss ideas with the full Board. Chair Irene Reed and supervisors said they prefer the entire Board be present for further discussion and invited Depetris to return for another meeting.
Mr. and Mrs. Hoover of Oak Circle told the board they were concerned about lack of snow plowing on their street and about snow-route coverage. Township Manager Brian Potts said he will review the plowing response to the recent snowstorm and come up with ways to improve the process.
No formal board action was taken on either topic at the meeting; both comments were recorded for follow-up and future discussion.
