Council holds executive session to review City Manager’s 2026 goals related to operational compliance

Mayor Diego Plata attested that present in the executive session were Mayor Plata, Councilor Schwartz, Councilor Ahonen, Mayor Pro Tem Ballesteros, Councilor Zahradka, City Attorney Fogo and City Manager Amanda Wilson. The Mayor stated that no action would be taken during the executive session and cautioned participants to confine discussion to the stated purpose.
The executive session concluded and the Mayor attested that the recording reflected the actual contents; the City Attorney will retain the recording for a 90-day period. No concerns were raised for the record about improper discussion or action.
