Councilor Schwartz moved and Mayor Pro Tem Ballesteros seconded approval of the MOA. Roll-call votes were recorded in the affirmative (Ballesteros, Ahonen, Zahradka, Schwartz, and Plata) and the motion carried.
The MOA formalizes city participation in GV‑HEAT program activities and provides funding to support outreach and energy-assessment work for residents.
