Tyndall re‑elected chair; Nancy Davis named vice chair as Planning Commission handles routine business

At its Jan. 13 meeting the Gaffney Planning Commission unanimously re‑elected Mary Pat Tyndall as chair and elected Nancy Davis vice chair; the commission also approved prior meeting minutes and heard a short zoning administrator report.
The Planning Commission re‑elected Mary Pat Tyndall as chair for 2026 and elected Commissioner Nancy Davis as vice chair during its Jan. 13 meeting in Gaffney. Nancy Davis nominated Tyndall for chair; the nomination was unopposed and the commission voted unanimously. Pattie McCraw nominated Davis for vice chair; the nomination likewise carried unanimously.
Earlier in the meeting the commission approved the Dec. 9, 2025 minutes (motion by Donald Logan, seconded by Nancy Davis) by unanimous vote. The zoning administrator reported nothing further beyond thanking commissioners for their service.
Chairwoman Tyndall adjourned the meeting at about 7:30 p.m.
