Wilberg and other members agreed to prioritize work on the Butterfly Trail and George’s Draw on the first available Monday and Tuesday, deferring Temple Mountain until signage and route mitigation are prepared.
Don Bennett, representing equestrian users, announced a volunteer trail‑cleaning day set for April 23 at Moore Canyon; he said Backcountry Horsemen will haul equipment into remote sections and that several volunteers had completed SHPO stewardship training to inspect historical sites.
Jaydon (BLM) and county staff discussed mitigation needs where new informal routes have developed near Sid and Charley and the poor condition of the existing washed‑out road there; the committee agreed to assess options in the field before committing crews.
Jim Jennings raised an additional maintenance request to clear logs on the road from Stewart Guard Station. Committee members logged the request for scheduling.
