LaGreca also reported she scheduled a meeting with a native‑plant landscaper on March 25 to discuss rain‑garden maintenance and potential improvements. In old business, commissioners discussed signage options to promote environmental events and balanced sustainability considerations against effective outreach. Members recommended involving the township’s new Communications Director, John Gil, and suggested engaging local Girl Scout and Boy Scout troops to broaden event visibility.
The commission took no formal votes on programming items aside from approving the meeting minutes. Commissioners noted the Green Fair outreach and rain‑garden maintenance discussions will continue and that staff will pursue the landscaper meeting outcomes and vendor coordination ahead of the fair.
