On motion by Councilmember Ramona Garibay-Rios, seconded by Councilmember Bill Moore, the Committee-of-the-Whole moved the item to the regular Council meeting for consideration; the minutes record a unanimous present vote with Councilmember Robert Ozuna absent.
The amendment as described is a temporary extension to maintain municipal court services while the county completes its budget process; the committee did not execute a final interlocal agreement at this meeting.
