Beachwood rescinds $130,000 playground purchase after vendor quote proved inaccurate

The council’s action removes the previous purchase authorization; the resolution directs municipal staff to circulate copies of the rescission to the municipal clerk, CFO and the recreation liaison for follow‑up. No replacement purchase or alternate procurement was approved at the meeting.
