"These funds will go back into right of way acquisition because they were road bond funds," a commissioner confirmed during discussion.
A motion to approve the contract and authorize the county judge to execute closing documents carried 5–0. Commissioners noted the full sale proceeds will be returned to the fund that originally acquired the property.
