County Judge opened the meeting and turned the item over to Commissioner Boles, who read highlights of Migna’s athletic and academic record, noting a 99‑and‑1 high‑school match record and four straight state titles. “We truly have somebody in special court today,” Commissioner Boles said, introducing the proclamation.
The court voted unanimously to adopt the proclamation. After the vote, court members invited Migna, her parents and friends to the well for a photograph and brief recognition.
The proclamation text, as read at the meeting, credited Migna with athletic excellence and leadership that the court said reflected positively on Taylor, Taylor ISD and Williamson County. The court recorded the motion carried 5–0 and adjourned the item.
