On motion of Trustee Scheff, seconded by Trustee Cohen, the board unanimously resolved to hold the public hearing. The minutes record no additional discussion of the application at this meeting; the hearing will provide the public and trustees an opportunity to review site-plan details and conditions before any formal decision.
