The Village of Port Washington North Board of Trustees unanimously approved the General Fund and Trust & Agency vouchers and accepted the village budget report during its May 9 meeting.
Treasurer Bella presented the General Fund Abstract of Vouchers #257 totaling $116,442.33 and the Trust & Agency Abstract of Vouchers #187 totaling $3,234.00. "On motion of Trustee Cohen, seconded by Trustee Scheff, it was unanimously RESOLVED" to waive reading and approve the abstracts, according to the minutes.
The board also accepted the Budget Report as of April 30, 2023, which shows the General Fund balance at $3,285,049.07 and the Trust & Agency balance at $25,048.36. The report included modifications to the 2023/24 ARPA budget line; the minutes do not specify the dollar amount of the ARPA modification.
Trustee Andrea Scheff told the board she reviewed the March 2023 bank statement reconciliations. The resolutions to approve vouchers and accept the budget report passed unanimously on motions by Trustee Cohen and seconded by Trustee Scheff.
