The Lower Pottsgrove Township Board of Commissioners approved several routine items on March 20, 2025.
The board approved a Memorandum of Understanding allowing periodic use of a 2020 Belmont trailer owned by the Sewer Authority; the MOU mirrors a prior arrangement for a 2013 Ford truck. Commissioner William Keohane moved to approve the MOU and Commissioner Robert Mohollen seconded; the motion passed unanimously, 4-0.
Commissioner Raymond W. Lopez read Resolution 1375-25 authorizing the auction via Municibid of an assortment of Public Works equipment (Turftiger Cub Top Dresser, Virnig Snow Push Box, Puma Snowblower, Befco Green-Rite Slit Seeder) with minimums listed on the record. Commissioner Keohane moved to approve the resolution; the motion carried unanimously, 4-0.
The board approved Warrant #954 for February 2025 and accepted the Treasurer's report for February 2025; both motions passed unanimously, 4-0. Commissioner Robert Mohollen moved to adjourn; Commissioner Earl E. Swavely seconded and the meeting adjourned at 6:53 p.m.
