West Milford adopts 2026 meeting schedule and approves wide set of 2025–2026 licenses including multiple cannabis retail permits

At its Dec. 17 meeting the West Milford Township Council adopted the calendar of reorganization and regular meetings for 2026 and approved a slate of licenses for both the 2025 and 2026 license years.
Resolution 2025-460 adopts the 2026 schedule of Governing Body reorganization and regular meetings (dates and times listed) and designates the Main Meeting Room at 1480 Union Valley Road as the venue. The resolution also serves as the township's annual notice as required by the Open Public Meetings Act.
Resolution 2025-465 approved issuance of certain 2025 licenses (example: a Solicitor/Canvasser license to Power Direct Energy Marketing). Resolution 2025-466 approves numerous 2026 licenses, including junk yard and motor-vehicle junk yard permits (Yonkers Used Auto Parts; WM Auto Recycling LLC), multiple clothing-bin licenses (locations and operators listed), a firearms range permit for Meadowbrook Rifle & Pistol Club, and a set of cannabis permits identified as retail, manufacturer and cultivator licenses. The cannabis retail license list for 2026 includes Beyond Bleaf LLC, Canabhang LLC, Doobiez LLC, 4Twenty Somewhere, J&J Cannabis Dispensary LLC, Jersey Roots Dispensary LLC, Mountain View Farmacy LLC, SoulFlora Inc., and Spot 23 LLC; manufacturing and cultivator licensees were also listed in the resolution.
