Prescott council approves 2026 façade improvement agreements for downtown properties

Council approved a façade improvement agreement with London Bridges, LLC and an agreement with the Prescott Area Historical Society by roll‑call votes (Gerke, Otwell, Granquist, Hintz, Bettis and Sorenson all voting yes).
Wiese said grants are reimbursement‑based, intended to enhance downtown visual appearance and private/public investment. The council recorded unanimous roll‑call votes for both agreements.
