Committee members pressed on personnel and program questions. Peter Dziadose asked about the raise for the director position; Bates said it was a mid‑year raise plus a cost‑of‑living adjustment. Dana Milner asked what the town plans for celebrating America’s 250th anniversary. Ken Swenson asked for clarification about the visitors center grant local match, and a committee member requested more detail on Campus Ipswich.
