Council members also flagged that the Parks & Recreation ADA transition plan had not been updated since 2018 and the strategic plan since 2021; staff noted low-cost accessibility measures already completed (ADA‑accessible benches and parking) and said pathway access through Central Park is planned. Council asked for a concise list of prioritized tasks for 2026–27, tied to funding and quarterly review.
