The selectboard approved three items under other business: adoption of the Lincoln County Hazard Mitigation Plan 2026 update, acceptance of a Lions Club donation to the emergency heating-fuel assistance fund, and adoption of a town AI acceptable-use policy.
A presenter summarized the hazard mitigation update prepared by the Lincoln County Regional Planning Commission and county EMA, and the board moved and signed the town’s resolution to adopt the plan so local projects will be eligible for federal and state mitigation funding.
Representatives of the Lions Club presented a check totaling $4,550 from a fundraising luncheon for the town’s heating-fuel assistance fund; the board acknowledged and thanked the club.
The town’s AI acceptable-use policy was revised to add the town manager’s approval for external IT vendors and was approved by a unanimous vote of the board.
