Commission forwards Peak Mountain lot resubdivision to Planning and Zoning
Summary
The commission voted to forward a positive referral for application 2605 (117 Peak Mountain Drive) after an engineer explained the plan would restore a previously merged lot line without current wetland disturbance; any future on-lot activity that impacts wetlands will require a separate permit.

Engineer Guy Huska presented the application to resubdivide a parcel at 117 Peak Mountain Drive that had been merged with an adjoining lot after a 1990 subdivision. Huska said all property boundaries will return to their prior configuration and that conservation easements remain in place. He told the commission the referral is to enable Planning and Zoning action; no on-site regulated activity is proposed at this stage and wetlands will be handled if and when future construction encroaches into regulated areas.
Commission members asked clarifying questions and confirmed that any future development affecting wetlands will require a separate application. The commission moved and seconded a positive referral to Planning and Zoning; the motion carried.
