Ordinance 2026-80 amended a contracting entity name to match the Ohio Secretary of State records, and Ordinance 2026-81 closed the first-reading slate.
Mr. Schneider moved the first ordinance (2026-71) and Mr. Lithian seconded; other sponsors and motions followed for the remaining items. Each measure was adopted following the council’s voice votes on suspension, emergency and final passage.
