- 362‑25: Memorializing an executive session from Nov. 24, 2025. - 363‑25: Amending certain records of the tax collector refunds. - 364‑25: Amending records of the tax assessor. - 365‑25: Authorizing current‑year budget transfers. - 366‑25: Authorizing a resolution of need for a proposed 60‑unit affordable housing project (Unit 1A, Block 198 Lot 7). - 367‑25: Directing the Planning Board to undertake a preliminary investigation for possible designation as an area in need of non‑condemnation redevelopment under the Local Redevelopment and Housing Law (NJSA482A‑1). - 368‑25 and 369‑25: Authorizing shared‑services agreements with neighboring municipalities for chief financial officer services. - 370‑25: Approving promotion of Deputy Chief April Harrington to police chief (effective Jan. 1, 2026; swearing‑in Jan. 20, 2026). - 371‑25 through 374‑25: Approving promotions of Matthew Wilson (full‑time EMT), Brian Trazik (sewer supervisor), Edward McKay (sanitation supervisor), and Andrew Shelenhammer (manager of parks and facilities). - 375‑25: Authorizing a non‑fair and open contract for special planner services with LJS Consulting LLC.
The Chair read each resolution; motions to approve were made and seconded and the committee carried the package by roll call vote. Where a resolution initiates a process (for example, referral to the Planning Board or a 'resolution of need') it does not itself approve construction or redevelopment projects — those would require subsequent hearings and statutory processes.
