The Adrian City Commission unanimously adopted two administration resolutions on June 1.
Resolution R26‑049 authorized deed restrictions, directed staff to select a broker and approved a listing agreement to pursue sale of 411 South Main Street. After brief discussion thanking staff for refining the resolution language, the commission voted in favor on a roll call vote.
Resolution R26‑050 authorized the acting city administrator to sign a façade grant application on behalf of the Adrian District Library to pursue exterior improvements; commissioners described past investments by the library and asked staff to consider whether similar façade issues exist for other city buildings.
Both resolutions passed on roll call votes with members present voting in the affirmative; the clerk will publish official roll call results and the resolutions will be posted with the meeting packet.
