Board approves contractor payment, appoints lifeguard and passes small budget transfer

The board also appointed Cheyenne as a senior lifeguard at $17 per hour, retroactive to Friday, July 12. The motion to appoint was made, seconded and approved.
Finally, the board approved a budget transfer (Resolution 40) moving $2,000 from the tax assessor other account (A1355.5) to the attorney line item (A1420.4); the motion carried.
