The board and applicant confirmed there is no change to the approved footprint, site coverage, or previously approved exterior materials; lighting specs were unchanged aside from a minor exterior-sconce height adjustment. Members praised the lower profile and voted to approve the modification as presented.
Staff will note the approved changes in the final resolution and proceed with standard administrative notifications to the building department.
