Board members recommended a picket-style wood gate consistent with other district gates or limiting the approval to a narrower pedestrian gate and asked the applicant to provide a final survey and driveway plan tied to any address changes.
The board did not approve the 8-foot PVC gate and asked the applicant to provide the requested documents and a revised design for future consideration.
