Lower Moreland approves police appointments, road dedications and escrow release; adopts parking ordinance

Development and escrow: The board approved a series of resolutions accepting deed dedications for roads associated with the Stone Mill (Toll Brothers) project (Heaton Road, Hodgin Lane, Moore Lane, Nicholas Lane and Stone Mill Way) and approved an escrow release in the amount of $347,500.75. Staff noted prior releases totaling approximately $3,337,000.57 and that Toll Brothers will post an 18-month maintenance bond as required by the Municipal Planning Code.
Procedure and finance: The board also approved the June 11, 2024 minutes and the July 2024 bill list by voice vote during the internal affairs portion of the meeting.
