Travis (staff member) told the council the contractor submitted a revised pay request to include the retained amount. “This is just the retainage,” he said, adding that an architect-led walkthrough confirmed the work met required specifications and there was no further work to be done.
Councilmembers moved and seconded the motion and the vote carried without discussion. The payment completes the city’s outstanding financial holdback for that project, which staff had retained during construction to ensure contract specifications were met.
The action removes the final financial hold on the concession stand contract. No amendments or follow-up tasks were announced at the meeting.
