The Town of Concord Historic District Commission handled several administrative and procedural items at its May 6 meeting.
The commission approved a paint-color change for rear deck railings at 46 Wood Street (applicant electing to paint the rear railings white to match existing trim). The commission also approved draft meeting minutes for Feb. 23 and March 18 after correcting minor typos.
The commission agreed to continue the 83 Monument Street application to the May 27 meeting. Applicants for 320 L Road and unit 423 at 100 Kaiser Road requested to withdraw their applications without prejudice and the HDC accepted those withdrawals.
Commissioners reminded members to complete a Massachusetts ethics filing distributed April 27 and discussed plans to hold occasional hybrid or in-person meetings in coming months.
