The board approved Joan Ley27s request to reconstruct 172 linear feet of asphalt pavement on Gladstone Place (bond set at $22,000) and approved Gabriel Q. Silva27s roadway shoulder and asphalt work for which the bond was set at $20,000. Both items were moved, seconded and passed by voice vote. The board also adopted the minutes of its June 5 meeting with a correction to a wording item ("protective vegetation" instead of "fencing").
These were routine administrative approvals; no public controversy was recorded in the meeting minutes.
