Commissioners approve voter registration at LaPorte County fair with bipartisan staffing

A commissioner moved and another seconded the proposal to allow voter registration at the fair using volunteers from both parties; the board approved the motion by voice vote.
Sinclair said the arrangement matched the approach used last year and that both parties are in agreement on the staffing and hours.
