Staff also noted the city expects to submit the long form for 2026 due to anticipated permitting activity.
Staff recommended that the Planning Commission adopt the state's 2025 annual planning worksheet; the motion to adopt the short form was moved, seconded and approved by voice vote.
What happens next: staff will submit the short-form worksheet to the Maryland Department of Planning as required and prepare an expanded long-form submission if 2026 permit activity triggers the long form requirement.
