The commission considered the matter briefly and Commissioner Sandelli moved approval; a colleague seconded. The chair asked for objections, and with none the motion carried.
The approval rezones the parcel to an industrial planned development with conditions as recommended by the hearing examiner. The commission did not record a roll-call vote in the transcript; the motion was adopted by voice with no objections. Any conditions or deviations required by the hearing examiner will be reflected in the final zoning order and permit review process.
