Plan Commission: redevelopment site update and thanks to outgoing commissioner Angie Frasier
Summary
Staff told the Plan Commission that a redevelopment item for the former KD's building was withdrawn at Council and the site remains available; commissioners also recognized Angie Frasier for her service.
Staff member Ross told the Plan Commission on June 3 that the ICC floors project (the former KD's building off 96th Street) was withdrawn before the City Council's final reading and remains available for redevelopment.
Ross also noted the commission is scheduled to meet July 1 at 6 p.m. but said staff would monitor quorum over the holiday and reschedule if necessary.
Before adjourning, Chair Larry and colleagues thanked Angie Frasier for her service on the Plan Commission since 2024 and for her work on the Fishers Arts and Culture Commission since 2023. "It's been an honor to serve with you," the chair said, praising her professionalism and dedication.
With no further business the commission adjourned.
