Staff said the work aligns with the budgeted SSES (sanitary sewer evaluation service) program; the full project cost discussed in the presentation included prior testing expense and the repair allocation. Council asked about prior testing and the budget; staff said the smoke testing and camera work had already been done and the council later approved the expenditure to complete the repairs. The motion to approve the expenditure carried 5-0.
