At 8851 North Bayside Drive, contractor Bryan Wick explained that the project would demolish the existing living‑room area and rebuild it 15 feet longer, creating a 297 square‑foot first‑floor addition on the west side of the house that will match existing exterior features. Trustee Liaison Minkin moved to approve the addition, Committee Member Christine Duback seconded, and the motion carried unanimously.
At 9096 North Bayside Drive, homeowner Jan Dyke proposed a 120 square‑foot outdoor sauna to be placed on a concrete slab in the eastern rear yard and said they plan to plant trees and perennials around the structure. Chairperson Krampf moved approval; Committee Member Jeffrey Harrington seconded and the committee approved the project unanimously.
