The board approved nine monthly pay estimates dated June 2, including two estimates added to the packet immediately before the meeting. Staff said one added invoice was from MSA Professional Services and another was a pay estimate for Girky Excavating related to water-main work on Highway 16.
Staff also noted that bids for the 7th Avenue and Wall Street reconstruction will be opened the morning of the Common Council meeting and brought forward to council with a recommendation; this item was informational only. The board then approved a motion to adjourn; the meeting ended at 4:26 p.m.
Alder Jim Bash moved to adjourn; the motion was seconded and carried unanimously.
