Police chief outlines rally preparations, reports car break‑ins in West Falls and flags deer‑control concerns

Aurora's police chief told the board the department is coordinating with event organizers and the Buffalo Bills to prepare for a large Hallmark/Bills rally in the village that could draw a few thousand people and that the department is increasing planning and on‑the‑ground staffing to keep the event organized and safe.
