The other hearing will consider a site‑plan application for replacing a gas canopy at 1045 Davis Road. Both hearings were set by board motion and second and were approved by the board.
Separately, the board voted to ask the town attorney to prepare a local law to establish a lighting code "as written." Board members made lighthearted remarks during that discussion but approved the request for the attorney to draft the law. Citizens wishing to speak on either site plan or the proposed lighting law should appear at the municipal center on Nov. 24 at 6:30 p.m.
