Aurora board approves bridge and culvert payments, intermunicipal culvert agreement and stormwater MOA

The board authorized payment to Azar Design Company for professional services on three projects: East Filmore Avenue Bridge replacement, Church Street bridge and the Cornwall Road culvert replacement. The three payments were listed in the meeting as approximately $14,955.22, $23,818 and $7,159.41, and funds were identified to come from H75120.210. Motion was moved by Joe and seconded by Ray; the motion carried.
The board also authorized the supervisor to sign an intermunicipal agreement to replace culverts at Brookley and Sheer Avenue over Tannerbury Brook, and approved a memorandum of agreement with the Western New York Storm Water Coalition for a term of Jan. 1, 2026–Dec. 31, 2030. The MOA motion carried; the transcript recorded an 'I opposed' by an unnamed member but the chair declared the motion carried.
Board members did not request additional study or amendment to the agreements during the meeting; the supervisor will execute the documents as authorized.
