The commission also scheduled a June 30 round-table at the library at 6:30 p.m. to solicit community input and encouraged commissioners to share the event flyer on their own social channels and at the weekend art fair. Commissioners asked staff to clarify who receives nomination notifications and to forward nominations to the two staff leads until the full slate is collected.
