Commission honors departing member Tim Collie; town council reports downtown incubator progress

A town council representative reported that the incubator space at 104 is on track to open by the fall and credited ARPA funding for part of the effort. The representative said a downtown strategies group has been working to support local businesses and community engagement, and noted recent appointments to town committees.
The meeting concluded with thanks to Collie and adjournment. No formal votes or policy decisions related to the incubator were taken at this meeting.
