BOE approves owner's purchase price as 2026 assessment for George Mason Drive property

After discussion — including questions about garage type, quality assignment and neighborhood averages — the board moved to adopt the sales price for this year only and the motion carried unanimously.
The decision applies to the 2026 assessment year only; staff will reflect the change in the homeowner's account.
