Board members reviewed and approved several sets of minutes with minor edits: the March 31, 2026 work session minutes (amendments to speaker attribution and a note that new ZBA members had not yet received ethics training), the April 21, 2026 minutes (correction of a lot size from 1.3 to 0.13 acre), and the April 28, 2026 minutes (discussion and confirmation that the board intended an allowance of eight chickens for a special exception).
In old business, attorney Colby Gangster appeared on behalf of Port Hunter LLC regarding 361 Miller Avenue and requested postponement to June because two LLC members were unavailable for family-health reasons; the board granted the postponement. The chair indicated the June meeting will be busy with multiple applications.
