Residential properties with four units or fewer are exempt. Vote: 6–0.
Resolution 202682 — Storm-water easement (Gladewood): The council accepted a permanent storm-water easement from the James and Joyce Peters Trust to secure drainage access related to a repaving project on Gladewood. Vote: 5–0.
Resolution 202683 — Municipal parking-lot fence replacement: Staff described a deteriorated fence that created a public-hazard; Revamp Fence & Deck proposed to help. The cost was read in the record (approximately $68,373 as entered) and Revamp requested $30,000 for materials while providing labor; council approved the agreement. Vote: 6–0.
Resolution 202684 — Construction engineering for Galena Avenue project: Council authorized a $147,000 contract for construction engineering and quality-assurance services related to a roughly $14 million Galena Avenue reconstruction project. Vote: 6–0.
These actions were taken after roll-call votes recorded in the meeting minutes. The council approved the consent agenda, financial reports and FOIA officer designations earlier in the meeting.
