Dothan commission approves routine resolutions, grant application and appointments

Among the items approved were Resolution 2026‑142 authorizing a $3,000 non‑reimbursable agreement with the Alabama Department of Transportation to reset manholes on West Main Street related to an eastbound lane addition, and Resolution 2026‑143 approving a sanitary sewer easement and a 50/50 cost‑share with R&T of South Alabama LLC for additional manholes (the transcript shows the city's share capped at an incomplete figure).
