Council favors enforcement, not ordinance change, for winter parking

One council member suggested that towing costs have risen substantially and that tickets could be raised to improve compliance.
The council reached consensus not to pursue an ordinance amendment at this time and asked staff and police to coordinate on outreach and enforcement plans for the coming winter season.
