Commissioners approve routine resolutions, grants and infrastructure contracts (Resolutions 26-360 through 26-367)

The Delaware County Board of Commissioners voted unanimously to approve Resolutions 26-360 through 26-367, covering meeting records, fiscal batches, schedule adjustments, grant acceptance and professional services agreements.
The board approved Resolution 26-360 to accept the electronic record of proceedings from the May 21, 2026 meeting and passed Resolution 26-361 to authorize purchase orders and warrant batch CM APR0527 and memo transfers MT APR0527. Resolution 26-362 cancels several upcoming board sessions and Resolution 26-363 delegates temporary authority to the county administrator.
On grants and fiscal actions, the board accepted a Leap Forward subgrant for the Sheriff's Office under Resolution 26-364; Melroy, finance director for the sheriff’s office, said the award is recurring and includes a county cash match. Resolution 26-365 authorizes an advance/transfer of funds to cover timing before the grant begins July 1. Resolution 26-366 approved an advance of funds, a transfer of appropriations and a supplemental appropriation primarily to provide a cash advance for the Norris Run ditch project and to fund planned electrical work in the 911 department, as explained by Justin Na'vi, director of finance. Commissioners also approved Resolution 26-367, a professional services agreement with Arcadis US Inc. for NFPA 70E arc-flash and NFPA 820 analysis of sewer district facilities to ensure five-year compliance with OSHA and NFPA safety standards.
Each motion was moved, seconded and recorded with all three commissioners voting "I." No opposing votes were recorded.
