Staff asked whether any imported fill had been used; Sanderson confirmed clean fill and uploaded a specification sheet from P.A. Landers. A minor paperwork detail regarding whether the project was subject to MassDEP Stormwater Management Standards was corrected on the record; Sanderson said the project did not fall under the applicable stormwater categories. The applicant said, for now, the site will remain undisturbed until potential future plans are evaluated.
The Commission voted 7–0 to approve the post‑facto filing and issued Orders. The vote authorizes the administrative closure of the enforcement/permitting item but did not authorize new development beyond the demolition and site stabilization recorded in the filing.
