One member warned that constable support is a late request and may not be available; others offered to call contacts and to provide high‑visibility vests for volunteers. The group recommended consolidating parking and carpooling where possible and said Marianapolis will also make parking available on its campus.
Organizers reviewed contingency plans: both event buildings will be available if rain forces moving indoors, and a longer indoor presentation can replace the short outdoor talk if needed.
